Reporting Bugs/Features best practice.

Is it the practice to post here and also to submit to Sparx, or just to Sparx support?

Sending a report via the link below in the support section is the way to go. You can post here to find supporters doing the same.

I'm doing the same.
But just out of curiosity: what is a purpose of Bugs and Issues subforum then?

Some times it's useful to have another member confirm the behaviour you are seeing.

So when i register an issue i get an issue number. I have to presume there is an issue tracker somewhere.  It seems a bit redundant for me to post to two places if i have a bug or feature request, or bug that is treated as feature request...

Is there somewhere, even just for for registered users, to search so as to know what has already been reported?

I like to know about bugs other people find.
And since there is no public bug tracker, this forum is the only way to get that info.

No. And seeing (or not seeing) bugs getting fixed I suppose they print out bugs with a number on it and file/pile it in a dark corner.
