Docking of Properties Description field

I am using EA 14.1.1429 and really appreciate the non-modal docking windows.
But could not figure out how to have a docked window that shows the description of an element - e.g. a requirement text - as found in the modal properties window.
I would like to see that text as soon as I select an element on a diagram or in project browser. Especially I would like to be able to read the text when doing the next step.
The latter is not possible with the modal properties pop-up window as I have to close it prior to go on.

Is that possible? How?
