CSV Export of requirements not picking up all elements and info

Hi all,

Really basic issue here but I'm having no luck troubleshooting - wonder if anyone has seen this before.

I have a package of requirements which I want to export the details of as a CSV.  I have created an export profile, defined what I want, etc as normal.
When I run it a get a couple of odd things happening:
1) It doesn't export info from all the elements in the package (when I hit run to do the export, it suggests it has been through them all but the CSV file has several missing)
2) Of the ones it does export, some will have information missing - often basic info like the name and type

I've tried several packages and keep getting the same result.  I've tried fiddling the order of things, removing tagged values, etc but nothing has any effect.

Any thoughts?
