v15rc - Database Builder - confusing interface

When you (re)start the Database Builder, it seems to remember it's last usage but it is NOT functional.  That is, it displays a list of schemas, even though it is NOT connected.  This is very confusing for the users - even an old hand at EAUI, like me!

If the dialog is NOT connected, the "Database" text box should indicate it is not connected, the list of schemas should NOT be shown, the [Import] button should be disabled and the [...] button should be highlighted and selected!

It seems as though the Database Builder will import into the currently selected folder by default (which is fine), but it doesn't indicate this in the "Import To:" TextBox.
