v15rc – RefGUID should open builder with the item selected on UI Tagged Values…

If you set a RefGUID, then when you use the builder button to change it, the dialog should open with the referenced item selected.

At present, you need to navigate to the item you want.  This can be VERY tedious!  I have a feeling, that it used to (per v15).
