v15 – Diagram Linked Notes don’t update correctly

If you create a diagram linked note.  If you update the diagram Note via the Properties... dialog the linked note updates immediately.  However, if you use the Notes window to change the diagram Note, you have to reload the diagram to see the updated Note.
