Wrong encoding in List number

Hi.
I've created List with non-English (Russian) chars in "Number text" field.
But in the template in renders with wrong encoding (strange chars with diacritics like "Ёё...") .
What am I doing wrong?

Update to JET4 (with project transfer) doesn't help.
I use Local repositiory (*.eap).
EA version 15.

EA version? I just guess you need to report a bug (and remove the char for a while).

Thanks for your reply.
Version is 15.0.1507 (Unicode).
But all previous versions I used (14,13,12...) demonstrated the same issue.

I'm pretty sure you're the first to use it that way. So the best is to report a bug.
