Copy & Paste Not Working

Okie dokie,

So I am used to using Copy to Clipboard -> Full Structure for Duplication as a lazy way of creating new "stuff" in my models.

However, it has stopped working. I can still do the copy part, but the Paste option is greyed out.
I'm sure it is user problem, just not sure what I have done.

Any clues?

What are you copying, and where are you trying to paste it?

I believe that you can only paste into a Package, and if you need the pasted object at a lower level you click on it and drag it. Are you trying to paste to the wrong level?
