EA15 cannot open the previous diagram without closing the current one

I noticed in EA15 build 1513 that opening a SysML IBD from a block replaces the BDD diagram tab with the new diagram, whilst the close "X" is replaced with a Close and Back to previous.
I understand the attempt to simplify the UI however this prevents me from reviewing the main diagram (BDD) without having to close the IBD. The workaround involves opening the IBD from the browser. This will be a real issue and if this enhancement is maintained, it shouldn't hide the parent diagram.
- it should be accessible via the Ctrl Tab or arrow with the list of diagrams
- the tab should provide a way to open one of the parent diagram (e.g. drop down)
-> it either case, when the user decides to open the parent diagram whilst keeping the active diagram, then it should add a new tab.

There is an option "Enable concise Diagram Navigation" in Visual Style, that controls this behavior.
Uncheck to get the previous behavior back.

I already put in a request to have an option open diagram in a new window (just like file explorer), but it's been rejected.

If you like that idea, then pop in another feature request.
