EA 15, I can not change order of slides in a Slideshow

EA 15, I can not change order of slides in a Slideshow (although the path to using slideshows was a bit different, this worked fine in EA 14)

When creating or trying to edit and existing slideshow ( Design icon -> Portals -> New Slideshow) I can not change the order of the slides

Also, the docked Portals area has no option for "Floating" like it did in EA 14

Other users in my org have the same issue.

Does anyone have any ideas that might help?
UPDATE...!!!
Our developers have confirmed that this is a bug and it is logged to be fixed. We cannot yet say when (in which build) the fix will be implemented.
