EA15.1 Open Default diagram message

If I try to open the Model Default Diagram when not set, EA suggests how to set it via the appropriate menu (Layout ribbon). The menu location has since changed so the message need to be updated accordingly (Start > Workspaces > Model Places > Manage > Set Current as Default).

Tested in build 1526
