Default data for server based repository
« on: February 26, 2020, 10:10:42 pm »
Hi guys,
would like to know if there was a way to easily modify the default data sql script for server based repository to include for example default package organisation, root nodes, or activate audit option ?

I was considering creating a new repository, set it up as I want and export the sql script to reuse it, would it be ok ?

Many thanks

Yes, that's fine. Just create a blank DB, tweak it to your needs and save a backup/export of that DB. You can load that later and you're ready to start.

Remember that there are user specific settings which lurk in %appdata% and the registry. A bit of a PITA to get this managed from a central site.
