v15.1 – Provide ellipsis for notes text larger than displayed?

We can display notes in varying lengths.  It is important that users should be aware that there is more text than is currently visible on a particular diagram.  There are many mechanisms for indicating this, but the ellipsis (...) is the most usual and succinct.  It would be useful to have this setting (say) [X] Indicate Notes text has been suppressed available at a Global, Diagram and Diagram object levels.
