Decision in Quick Linker

In a Quick Linker definition, if I specify a ControlFlow from a Decision to a stereotyped Action, it doesn't work.
If I specify the same from a stereotyped Action to a Decision, it works.

Decision,,Action,actstereo,,,,ControlFlow,,,You'll never see this,,TRUE,,TRUE,TRUE,,0,,,,,0
Action,actstereo,Decision,,,,,ControlFlow,,,But you will see this,,TRUE,,TRUE,TRUE,,0,,,,,0
