How come I have 2 of each Perspective diagram

Whenever I'm looking up a specific perspective diagram I find 2 of each. How do I get rid of the dublicate?

There was a bug in EA with regards to that.
Release notes of v15.2 indicates it's fixed in that version.

Makes you wondering about the testing process they use :(
