Shared key store changes from 13.5 to 15.1

Hi,

I'm just testing an upgrade from 13.5 to 15.1 After install I need to request a license via the Shared key store. In v13.5 the dialogue just has Server Address and Password. In v15.1 I have Protocol, Server Address, Port User Name and Password. I can't log onto the server hosting the shared key store (as it in our production env) so I need to use the same credentials that were used when requesting a license in v13.5. So:
Protocol : ssks
Server Address: same as before
Port: presume default, ie 7770 ?  (I've tried that and blank)
User Name: this is were I'm stuck ... what would be the default user name ? if I leave it blank the connection fails.
Password: same as before

What's user Name should I use, given that I can't log on to the key store server to check/create a new user name/password group

I think you can leave the other fields blank.
I have only protocol and server name filled in.
