Testcase export from EA to polarion using EAPO plugin

Hello,

I have created Unit test cases in EA model and trying to export to polarion using EAPO plugin.
I am not able to see reports or test cases in polarion only empty work item is being created.
Can any one please suggest is there any way to export reports or Unit test cases from EA to polarion using EAPO.
