Reporting - Apply common header and footer

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to apply a common header and footer across all templates by defining the header/footer in a single location, say, inside a stylesheet or cover page?

Yes, we usually put the header/footer only on the coverpage (you can also use the Table of Contents template)

Just make sure you don't have any header/footer in any of the other templates you use.
Removing headers/footers from a template is not possible AFAIK, so you might need to create new templates, and copy/paste the content to get rid of the headers and footers.

We tried the Cover Page approach and thankfully got the header and footer across the report.
