v15.2β - Link to Element Feature widget and QuickLinker INCONSISTENCY

In the v15.2β (b 1553), if I use the QuickLinker to joint two vertices (in this case DB tables), I get one set of linking options.  If, however, I use the "Link to Element Feature" widget e.g. <[  I get a different set (in this case a superset).

Why? Is it just me?  Is this a defect?  I would have thought so, but Eve may differ.
