v15.2 – Column Spacing doesn’t work on diagram layout. Layer spacing does

Is it just my machine or has the latest build broken the Column Spacing on the Classic layout mechanism?  Layer spacing values seem to work, but varying the Column Spacing to less than about 10 doesn't seem to work (I think it did before).
