analyzing an instance

I am working in UAF, where I created a capability.  I then created a measurementSet as a dependency to that capability.  This is my architecture.  Now, I created an instance of that capability as well as an instance of the measurmentSet.

I want to compare the instance to the architecture and see compliance and gaps in my instance.  Is there a way to do this automatically?
