Specification Manager - Global Setting

Hello All,
I created a specified view of specification manager. Since, i work with the team, I don't want to go to their PC and arrange all the specified tabs. Is there way to set the specification manager view globally? where user can directly click on my created workspace and directly have the specification manager view which i want.

I tried creating using workspace. It works only at my PC but not other users.

If anybody suggest the solution, it would be appreciated.
