v15.2 - How to create BPMN diagrams

I have BPMN 2.0 selected in my set of MDG Technologies, but when I try to create a diagram, the BPMN technology is NOT on the list.  (it used to be in previous versions)

I am pretty sure it's a bl**dy Perspectives issue, but I don't know how to get out of the problem.  Selecting "All perspectives" doesn't seem to add the BPMN technology.

The same applies when I try to create a BPMN element using Add element, selecting "All" tools doesn't provide a BPMN option.

First thing to check is that it's enabled (ribbon | Specialize | Manage-Tech)

Second thing to check is that you haven't hidden the BPMN perspective (ribbon | Start | Perspective | Manage Perspectives)

Thanks Neil, but no go so far...
Yes, it is enabled in the Manage-Tech  (I have been at this a while...  )
Under Manage Perspectives  I have all perspective sets enabled and the Business Modelling Set has the BPMN perspective enabled.

So why can't I see it?

BTW: Under the Add Diagram dialog, I only see my active MDG - even if All Perspectives is selected in the Type dropdown.

[EDIT: SOLVED:  I opened another repository and it DID have BPMN enabled!  I tracked the problem down (in the original repository) to a Group Restrictions entry for my Group (which I must have been playing with months ago).  It had most things disabled - including BPMN!]
