Can I have EA v15 Trial and EA v14 installed on the same machine?

I have EA v14 installed on my Windows computer that I use regularly.  I want to install EA v15 trial on the same computer to try out some of the features.  Can I install the Trial version of EA 15 without messing up my current install of EA v14 ?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Rename your current EA folder in programs to EA14 or the like and install the new version. Now you have EA and EA14 in parallel. You can do that with any EA version in the same way. Usually you can switch versions without issues. Only or a few updates they introduced feaure which will not be avaliable in previous versions. Unless you're not overdoing it that will be of no harm.

Thanks  -  that sounds easy enough.  Before I go ahead with the install would you know if installing EA v15 Trial makes separate entries in the windows registry while preserving the original entries that I currently have for EA v14?

Yes. Each EA version has a different part of the EA-sub-keys where they store information. Don't ask me for he magic but menus and the like relying on that are different with each EA version anyway. So that part might get tricky.

Thanks again for you help. 

I installed the Trial version into a different folder. Then I created a pinned shortcut to EA.exe titled EA V15 Trial to my Start Menu so it is distinguished from EA v14.  Both versions are running simultaneously now.
