v15.2 – Diagram Notes DON’T update until the diagram is reloaded!

The title says it all.  I'm sure in the past this wasn't the case.

I can confirm that in 15.0.1512 they update immediately when the corresponding diagram properties change.

Thanks Uffe,

I knew I wasn't going senile!

Looks as though in 15.2.1544 changing the diagram note DOES NOT mark the diagram as "dirty".  Maybe that's at the heart of the issue.
