v15.2 – When saving diagram, allow to save current position

It would be useful to allow the ability to save the current diagram position (as default for opening) when saving the diagram (analogously to saving a default diagram for the repository).  Many of our enterprise-wide diagrams are fairly large (multi-page) and the "focus" of the diagram is often NOT on "page 1".

Being able to have the diagram open at the correct place to be most meaningful for the viewer would be very useful.
