Diagram frame / border incomplete on clipboard and generated RTF document

In EA 15.1.1528 the diagram frame / border is incomplete. This happens when copying the diagram to the clipboard (Ctrl+B) or generating a RTF a document.
The right border is missing in the copied image. The right and bottom border are missing in the generated RTF document.
In a generated PDF document the right and bottom border are thinner.
I checked user settings (Diagram Frames checkboxes) and the document generation options (hide diagram frames).

The missing frame border only exists for clipboard format Metafile. For Bitmap format the frame border is complete.
