Required MDG Technology reset - where is it
« on: September 22, 2020, 10:21:32 pm »
I need to reset the "Required MDG Technology" in one of my repositories.  I know it's in one of the tables, but a search of the forum didn't reveal where.

Can any kind soul point me in the right direction?

Luckily I found this (from Uffe):

Quote
In a project where you've fiddled with the required/prohibited MDG Technologies you'll find two rows where t_genopt.AppliesTo is "MDGBlklist" and "MDGRequire". t_genopt.Option for each contains a comma-separated list of MDG Technologies, using the "ID" from the XML file.

To find anything in the db.

  • Create a new eap(x) file
  • Enable Auditing to Debug level*
  • Change the thing
  • View the audit history in raw mode

* I doubt this will be available to qwerty given  I know he is on an old version

Well, I have all versions up to 15.1. But I touch >13.5 only with pliers. So yes, not available.

No worries. I would have jumped in myself last night but it was past nine o'clock and us old geezers are fast asleep by then. :)
