Hyperlink to a Search opens the My Search instead of the MDG
« on: September 23, 2020, 04:25:26 pm »
Hi,

I defined custom searches that are published within the MDG. On the model default diagram I created hyperlinks to each search.
When I test it on my PC, it opens the search in My Searches instead of the imported MDG profile, despite the fact that I selected the MDG + Search when creating the hyperlink.

EA doesn't seem to lookup the search group to find the right search.

I found this type of behaviour has to do with the Search GUIDs.  If you remove the one in My Search., it should find the one in the MDG (since they will/should have the same GUID value).
