How do I add Collaborate->Discussions into report for class diagrams?

Background: I have discussions with business in the Collaborate->Discussions for classes and diagrams, many of them. I would like to add them into the report using template and report builder.

What I want to do now: I want to create a report which includes the diagrams together with the discussions about the diagrams. It also includes classes with discussions about the classes.  In the template editor, the “Selections” panel includes an Element->Discussions->Post tree node in the template editor, so we can include the Discussions and replies for the element (class) by checking them. However, for diagrams, there is no Diagram->Discussions->Post node in the “Selections” panel to embed the discussions/replies together with the diagram. So, I cannot report on diagram discussions.
 

Question: Is there a way to embed diagram discussions/posts in the report using the template or any other report tool?
