Windows 10 Scrolling Itself

Hello all, last night I Update my Windows 10 when the windows update successfully and then restart the PC when the system boots up I face this issue that screen scrolls back by itself mostly when I am scrolling to the end of my documents. firstly I think this may be the Driver issue, i checked the Drivers and found all the drivers are up to date. I do not understand what is the Issue? can anyone help me to out this, Waiting for Your Help and Suggestions!
