The difference between Business Actor & System Actor

what is the difference between Business Actor & System Actor in action ?I have several information systems, including CRM, ORM,HCM and ... , now I want to create Use Case diagram.These  information systems are system Use case?and  users who work with these systems, including the customers and the warehouse manager are Business Use case and why?

It depends. The OMG guys are no good in use cases since they are all too much tech guys. You can well go with plain actors in all cases. You might use a business actor to distinguish them being some kind of VIP or what ever. It needs context documentation if you use them. In any case I recommend reading Bittner/Spence about use cases. It's a complex matter and takes time to understand (one year of practice at least).
