Diagram font changed

Dear EA-fans,
my teammate tells me of an interesting EA behaviour I never experienced myself: one day he loads his EA workspace and voilá - the font in all diagrams has changed; not only the size but he says he suspects the face is different as well. Not only in diagrams he created but literally in any diagram he opens. He also says in his "Diagram Appearance -- Configure Default Fonts" there is no change apparent. Would anynone have an idea how to help him? Many thanks in advance!

Depends on the EA version where to find it. Layout/Theme & .../Diagram/Appearance (in 13.5)

This is v 14, but the location of these settings is quite intuitive. Will let him know; thanks!
