v15.2 - CSV Import doesn’t remember the specification, remembers rest

The CSV import specification dialog doesn't "remember" the specification selected but seems to "remember" everything else.
This can cause errors, not to mention additional "unnecessary" work (to restore the specification name).

Please rectify.
