Timeout with eapx

I just had it that I was browsing for a file location in the "Save package as XML" when I got that "Program is not responding" popup from Windoze. I closed the popup and EA was closed. What? Is that normal? I never had that in any former (<= 13.5) version of EA. Is that an eapx-thing? Or something that I now have to deal with in V15.2 (and upwards)?

No idea about that timeout (it happened only once). But now for the 2nd time I receive a "memory could not be written" exception when closing EA via the X.
