Locked elements

In 13.5 and before it was possible to set Locked=true; in the Style property. That made the element appear with a red exclamation mark and the elements where just locked. In 15.2 however, this does no longer work. Simple question: oversight or intention?

Seems like in V15 you have to reload the model to make the lock work :-/
