Hi,
When I place a parameter element on an activity diagram, its width is always greater than its height.

When I place the parameter element on the upper or lower border line of the diagram frame I would like the parameter element to appear to 'stand up' and not lay down, i.e., a standing oblong, i.e., make its vertical dimension longer than the horizontal dimension.

By default the parameter symbol appears as "laying down".  Any way to rotate it so that its stands up?

Thanks
Avi

Simple answer: no, not natively.

Well, you could use  a stereotype and assign it a shape script.

Thanks.

Simple one for the urgent wish list.

If an engineeer drew his colored lego diagram with the inputs coming through the top border of the diagram frame, then the parameter symbol has to stand up. Simple.
Thanks
