LDAP Authentication Login in Pro Cloud Server

Hi,
We have successfully installed Pro Cloud Server in our company but we still encounter an issue

We are having trouble with LDAP authentication:
If we connect to our company network using VPN (remote from out of office), we cannot access repository using LDAP login. It would take a long time trying to connect and eventually will display pop-up windows requesting user and password (user application)

Meantime, If we connect to our company network not using VPN (directly inside company network), we can access repository using LDAP login


Do you have any solution for this issue?
We need to resolve this issue since we implement policy which required all application should be able to be accessed using LDAP authentication.

Hi,

I'd speak to your network admin, as this sounds like a firewall issue. They will probably need to whitelist the procloud server and ports you use for ProCloud connections on the server.
