Baseline Diff finds StyleEx

Saving a baseline of my project and then immediately running a 'show differences' query presents a lot of objects where the only change is in the StyleEx field.
Do I need to somehow include these changes in the baseline capture, or can I hide them from a diff result so I can see useful changes?
