Cloud installation of fixed licenses

I work at SAIC on Cloud One, an AWS Gov cloud environment.  A customer asked us to install Sparx EA with fixed licenses.  Will this work in an environment where multiple users are on the same virtual desktop?

Yes, the license is stored in the user profile, so each user can have his own fixed license.
