« on: December 07, 2021, 12:12:32 am »
Some elements that I've drag from browser menu extends to the bottom of the diagram, I even can't resize, then the Desktop Apps totally freezing for a couple of minutes, and then forced close.

Kindly need quick response from you guys, thank you!

What elements? Specifically, I'd look for Type and Stereotype in the Properties window when you select it in the Project Browser. Which version of EA? (See the about dialog)

If that isn't enough information, (it probably isn't, but it's an absolute minimum to allow someone the chance to investigate) the best option would be to click the 'Report a Bug' link at the bottom of this page

Hi Eve,

The Type is Requirement, and the stereotype is Functional.
Program Version : 15.2.1559
Pro Cloud Server
Registered Enterprise Architect Ultimate Edition.

May I know the cause from this bugs?
And could you inform me how to solve this as soon as possible? thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce the problem in 15.2.1559 using that type of element.

That means that your best option is to 'Report a Bug' link at the bottom of this page and send the XMI containing the element and the diagram you're dropping it onto.

Without being able to debug the issue itself, it sounds like every time EA draws that element it thinks it needs to increase the height. I would further guess something to do with text wrapping, but I don't have a solution for you.
