The schema is not the last version but the users are standardized and should not exceed 32 characters.  We investigate the access problem and will provide an update here if we got any.

Hi guys,

We are still investigating but as a temporary solution adding the users in EA as [email protected] does the trick.

If we find more info I will post it here.
