How to apply Legend on Diagram Frame

Hi All,

I am wondering if there is a way how to apply Legend on Diagram Frames. I have more Diagram on one canvas for specific purpose, and on this canvas I would like to change the color little bit using Legend. I am using Tag values which should affect this change, but Diagram Frames are not affected by this Legend at all.

The Legend work in each diagram if I inserted it there, but I would like to have this color scheme only for this canvas with Diagram Frames - Is there a way how to do it?

Not really. (AFAIK)

We solved the problem by "hiding" the legend behind one of the other items.

I have a similar problem.
I want to use ONE diagram, as a portfolio of applications, with multiple legends attached to tags to show different heat maps. That part is done, and is simple.

Now I want to show the same diagram, with the different legends applied in a  generated report, one diagram for each legend.

Is there a way to do that please?
I thought I could embed the same diagram in different diagrams as a Frame, applying the legend that way, but as pointed out the affects of a legend in a diagram, do not propagate to the frame diagram.

Hi vladap,

Can you solve with the following steps?
1. copy the Legend (currently placed on the canvas diagram) and paste it onto each framed diagram
2. enable/disable the Legend on the canvas
3. reload the canvas diagram (right-click the tab of the canvas diagram and call Reload Diagram menu item)
