Visio importer, EA 9, Windows 7 and Visio 2010

Hi there,

We are running:
Windows 7 (64-bit)
Visio 2010
EA version 9

We were using the Visio Importer on Windows XP and Visio 2003.

In testing it on Windows 7 and Visio 2010, it doesn't seem to work (the add-in doesn't show up under the add-in menu).

Can anyone confirm if the Visio Importer works on Windows 7 and Visio 2010 (with EA 9)?

If not, is it know if there are plans to make it available in on Windows 7 and with Visio 2010?  Will it work for EA 9 and/or EA 10?

Any information here would be appreciated.

I have Windows 7 and Visio 2010 and the add-in works for me. Maybe contact Sparx support - they should be able to help...

I have more questions:
Are you a (system) adminsitrator on your machine or are you using an account with limited access.

Also, did you install the add-in yourself or was it installed remotely?
