PCS error caused by Windows License

Hello everyone,

my team and I are using PCS on a Windows 10 Server machine and it's several weeks that the same error occurs:

Windows server tries to run process slui.exe (license activation) and fails because the machine is not allowed to connect to external world without permission.
This error causes PCS to stop working and it cannot be restarted without restarting the whole server machine, which is quite annoying and not optimal.

Does anyone have any idea about how to solve this issue?
