Disappeared Packages
« on: July 11, 2023, 09:37:48 pm »
Hi,

Interestingly, I can find some packages when I search them in the SEARCH box but the models are not visible when I do the right-click and choose "Find in Project Browser". The cursor remains where it was before in the BROWSER.

Does anybody have any idea?

Run a project integrity check (make sure to check the boxes, and run with the Recover/Clean) option.

The package parent id is probably not properly set i.e. it belongs to an invalid package which doesn't exist.
I encountered this situation in the past due to a custom change via a script where an UPDATE SQL query was executed. EA could find it via the Find in project as it's in the EA DB, yet it wasn't rendered in the Browser.
