Unable to open EAExample.eap file in new EA

I am unable to open EAExample.eap file in new EA.
A converter window pops up, saying it needs to be converted to newer version.
However, I get an error when I try to convert it to eapx or feap format.
From where can I download the latest/ greatest EAExample file?

It should be part of your installation.

Based on some documentation, I was looking in the x86 folder.
