Exporting to ecore, how to get 'Notes' in the ecore

I have a requirement to export a package to an ecore file. The 'Notes' and 'Tags' do not seem to show up in the exported output. Does anyone know of a way to get the 'Notes' and 'Tags' to show up in ecore?
