Changes to Manage Project Options not saved

Hi

I have searched this forum but couldn't find an answer.

When I make changes to Manage Project Options in EA 15.2 as shown below. the changes are not saved when I reopen the Manage Project Options dialogue. It used to work for me.
We did a restore from an overnight backup but otherwise nothing else has changed.

From Ribbon :- Configure.Options.Manage Project Options dialogue.
Source Code Engineering.Object Lifetimes - Generate Constructor etc

Attachments: no. To show a picture you must upload it to a public server and use the link.
