Cannot add any Element to Custom Document

Hello,

The doc for custom document says "Whenever you drag an itemfromthe Browserwindow into a document, Enterprise Architect displays the 'Add Content to Document' dialog to prompt you to select
how to insert and format the item"

This never happens in my case. I have tried with existing templates, blank templates. Nothing happens.

What am I missing? License issue? Other?

Would be greateful for any hints...
